Arc Raiders’ first post-launch map, Stella Montis, introduces the Cold Case quest — a scavenging mission that sends you in search of a J Kozma storage container. While it may sound like a long trek across hostile territory, there’s an incredibly easy way to finish the quest with almost no danger or travel time.
The fastest J Kozma container location sits right beside an extraction call button inside Lobby Metro Station.
Because you must successfully extract with the item you loot, bringing a loadout with a safe pocket is strongly recommended. Even though this route minimizes danger, another raider could always show up looking to rob an easy objective completion.
Once you’re stocked and ready, here’s the quickest path to complete Cold Case.

Where To Find The J Kozma Storage Container
The J Kozma storage container only spawns on Stella Montis, but the easiest one to access is located inside the Lobby Metro Station. This particular container sits just a few steps from the extraction train button, making it the safest and most efficient option for any loadout.
Press the extraction button, turn around, and the container is directly ahead.
Head inside Lobby Metro Station and move down to the extraction platform. Hit the button to call the train, then turn 180 degrees to see the J Kozma container right behind you. Interact with it to drop the key item: Old World Books.
Make sure to place the Old World Books in a safe pocket so you don’t lose them to enemy players. Then, simply take cover until the train arrives, hop in, and extract back to Speranza to finish the quest.
After Completing Cold Case
