Where to find the Arbusto Farmacia

The Arbusto Farmacia sits in the eastern section of the Buried City map. You can spot it easily thanks to the green “Farmacia” sign above the entrance. The door is locked and must be breached, which may draw attention from ARC patrols or nearby raiders, so take a cautious approach and be ready for resistance.

Once inside, close the door behind you to stay hidden. You’ll now be tasked with documenting the pharmacist’s hobbies, family, taste, and skills.

Head upstairs from the lobby. At the top of the staircase, you’ll see a framed photo on the wall. Interact with it to record the pharmacist’s family.

Family

Turn around toward the piano in the same room and interact with it to document the pharmacist’s skill.

Skill

Move into the next room. On top of the dresser, you’ll find a collection of plants. Interact with them to document the pharmacist’s hobby.

Hobby

Finally, in the same room, check the table behind the staircase. Interact with the items there to document the pharmacist’s taste.

Taste

Once all four elements are documented, the quest completes. After that, you may want to loot the Arbusto Farmacia thoroughly—there are valuable medical items worth grabbing. When you’re ready to leave, the entrance to the Eastern Station is conveniently located just outside, making for a quick and safe exit.
