Abrams' premium omnibus trilogy collecting 23 horror anthology issues from 1995-2017 hits $63 through Buy Two, Get One Free sale, down from $125 retail.

The Simpsons Treehouse Of Horror Comic Omnibus Trilogy Is 50% Off At AmazonThe 1,232-page trilogy features die-cut, glow-in-the-dark slipcases and collects 88 horror-comedy stories created by industry legends including Sergio Aragonés and Michael Allred.

Amazon's ongoing Buy Two, Get One Free book promotion slashed pricing on Abrams' complete Simpsons Treehouse of Horror Ominous Omnibus trilogy, bringing the three-volume collection to $63 from its original $125 combined retail price. The sale positions each 400-plus-page hardcover at approximately $21 per book, marking the deepest discount since Abrams concluded the series in August 2024.

The omnibus trilogy represents the definitive physical collection of Bongo Comics' Treehouse of Horror run spanning 1995 to 2017, compiling 88 anthology stories across 1,232 pages. Published as annual Halloween specials mirroring the animated series' tradition, the comic books attracted top-tier talent including MAD Magazine's Sergio Aragonés, Madman creator Michael Allred, and Why I Hate Saturn cartoonist Kyle Baker.

Abrams designed the editions as premium collector's items featuring die-cut, glow-in-the-dark slipcases with distinct artwork from the interior cover illustrations. Each volume includes character-voiced introductions attributed to Bart, Lisa, or Marge, maintaining the franchise's fourth-wall-breaking humor conventions. The trilogy launched with Volume 1 in August 2022, followed by Volume 2 in August 2023, before concluding last year.

"The 23 comics collected in the omnibus editions include a total of 88 stories, offering tremendous variety across multiple horror-comedy subgenres and artistic styles."

The comic anthology format mirrored the show's structure, presenting multiple unrelated vignettes per issue rather than serialized narratives. This approach enabled diverse tonal experimentation ranging from Universal Monsters parodies to contemporary horror satire, often pushing boundaries beyond broadcast television standards through the comics medium's relative creative freedom.

Bongo Comics ceased publication in 2018, making these Abrams omnibus editions the primary avenue for readers seeking archival-quality reprints of the Treehouse of Horror catalog. The glow-in-the-dark packaging and hardcover construction position the trilogy as display-focused collectibles rather than utilitarian reading copies, appealing to Simpsons memorabilia enthusiasts alongside comic book collectors.

The sale extends beyond the horror anthology to Simpsons Comics Colossal Compendiums, with Volumes 1 and 7 included in the Buy Two, Get One Free promotion at $11.39 and $12.32 respectively. Those paperback editions feature paper models for constructing Springfield location dioramas, offering complementary collectibility through interactive craft elements rather than premium binding.
